hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and
include: Your order number Photos of the product Photos of the packaging Once reviewed and approved, we will
provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts or a replacement product.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for: Opened or used products Products containing tobacco/shisha residue
Products damaged through misuse, improper cleaning, modifications, or unauthorized disassembly Shipping Issues
If your package arrives visibly damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can
